Six (6) winners of NHMFC’s BALAI Rewards and Incentive Programs (BALAI Rewards) Raffle Promo for CY 2021 were drawn during the second virtual raffle led by the Collection and Accounts Management Group (CAMG).

“The BALAI Rewards and Incentive Program is one of NHMFC’s ways of thanking our borrowers for keeping their accounts updated. It is an effective tool to encourage them to continuously and religiously pay their housing loan amortization on or before due dates,” said Mr. Noe Valencia, Manager of Central Servicing Department.
The draw is part of the Corporation’s three-pronged incentive for housing loan borrowers whose accounts are active and updated starting January 1, 2020.
Under the BALAI Rewards Program, borrowers who qualify for the raffle promo are also eligible for additional incentives and benefits. A borrower who will pay his monthly amortization on or before due date will earn 1 point. Each on-time payment is worth one point, and 12 points earned will automatically qualify the borrower to receive Php1,000 bonus check. Also, a borrower who qualifies for 3 consecutive raffle draw will receive an additional 12 points, which qualifies him/her to receive gift check worth Php1,000.00.
Moreover, if a borrower has earned 6 or 12 points upon full settlement of his/her account, the borrower will receive gift check worth Php1,000 or Php2,000 that will be given upon release of the Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) to him/her.
Ms. Ma. Adelina M. Britanico, Resident Auditor of the Commission on Audit (COA), and Ms. Nerissa Reyes, representative from the Internal Audit Department, graced the event as observers.
All winnings are subject to a 20% tax deduction with the balance after taxes added to the borrower’s outstanding loan. Any excess amount will be given to the borrower.
