NHMFC Executive Vice President Livia Alicia R. Ramos delivered the commencement address at the 12^th Commencement Exercises of the Lyceum of the Philippines University-Cavite held at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC). An alumna of LPU who graduated cum laude, she stressed the value of righteousness as the foundation of a good government, 

As a public servant and considering her years of experience in the government service, EVP Ramos encouraged the graduates to be a light to others, to be audacious and never be afraid to stand to what is right, and to endeavor to be righteous even when no one will see you, no one will check on you, and no one will know what transpired. “Righteousness is a moral compass that directs us to treat others with kindness, to uphold justice, and to work towards the betterment of society as a whole,” she remarked.
