President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. led  the groundbreaking ceremony of two housing projects in  the Province of Camarines Sur  together  with DHSUD Secretary Jose Rizalino “Jerry” Acuzar (seated 2nd from right) and the heads of the government’s Key Shelter Agencies (standing 2nd from L-R) HDMF President Marilene Acosta, SHFC President Federico Laxa and NHMFC President Renato Tobias.

The two housing projects will be implemented by the local governments of Naga City and Camarines Sur under the administration’s flagship Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program. The Camarines Sur provincial government  targets to build 12,960 mid to high-rise residential units while Naga City’s “The Legacy Residences Development Project” aims to put up 1,200 mid-rise buildings.
