11 November 2021 – The National Home Mortgage Finance Corporation (NHMFC) joins the Philippine Housing Forum organized by Habitat for Humanity – Philippines. This year’s theme “Building forward better for inclusive housing” focuses on how affordable and sustainable housing solutions can bring a greener, safer, more resilient, and inclusive future. NHMFC President Carlo Luis P. Rabat (photo above) tackles NHMFC’s Housing Loan Receivables Purchase Program 4-BALAI BERDE (HLRPP 4 – BALAI BERDE Program). BERDE stands for Building Eligible Resilient Dwelling for Everyone (BERDE). President Rabat highlighted how the BALAI BERDE Program addresses the housing gap by incentivizing the development of sustainable and affordable housing.
