OPENING OF BIDS. NHMFC officers, led by President Renato Tobias (seated 2nd from right), open a total of 308 bids during the 2nd Online Housing Fair 2023 held at the NHMFC Head Office in Makati City.

A total of 87 out of 308 bidders were announced as the most responsive bidders at the opening of bids  for the 2nd NHMFC Online Housing Fair held via a hybrid set-up at the Makati head office of the National Home Mortgage Finance Corporation (NHMFC).  Total bid of the announced winning bidders amounted to Php99,704,834.17.

187 properties in various locations in the country were published for sale.  Bidding period started on September 25, 2023 and closed on October 24, 2023.

In his welcome message during the opening of bids, NHMFC President Renato L. Tobias expressed his appreciation to the bidders  for participating in the housing fair.  “We hope that the property you have chosen be your family’s shelter and refuge – a home that you can call your own and where you will build your precious memories,” he said.

For transparency, the opening of bids was broadcasted live on Facebook. Representatives from the Commission on Audit (COA) and Internal Audit Department (IAD) were also present as observers.
