The National Home Mortgage Finance Corporation (NHMFC) commenced on Wednesday in Malvar, Batangas its three-day CY2023 Midyear Assessment attended by officers from its head office and satellite/regional offices.  In his message, President Renato L. Tobias encouraged the officers  to excellently perform as NHMFC follows the lead of Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) Secretary Jose Rizalino Acuzar.

Secretary Acuzar is currently bannering the Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino Program (4PH). 

“Let us align ourselves to the 4PH program. Secretary Acuzar asked us to put all our efforts into this program,” President Tobias said.  He added that this is actually a great opportunity for NHMFC because there is this momentum within the housing sector.  “With this momentum,  let us continue to bring NHMFC to greater heights,” he stressed.

President Tobias further encouraged the NHMFC officers to refocus in being more productive, to initiate and be assertive in the implementation of their plans and programs for the coming year/s. 

“While striving to reach our goals this year, we should also take pride in what we have already achieved,” he remarked.

He also highlighted a quote that “the best preparation for good work tomorrow is to do good work today.” “As the leaders of NHMFC, let us keep on doing good work for our beloved NHMFC,” he stressed.
