SGS Philippines, Inc. (SGS) reported today that the National Home Mortgage Finance Corporation (NHMFC) has maintained its ISO 9001:2015 certification for its Securitization of Housing Loan Portfolios (Purchase of Housing Loan Receivables, Collection of Amortization, Securitization, and Post Issuance of Bonds) and Borrower’s Services.

“We are pleased to announce that NHMFC has demonstrated the ability of the management system to systematically achieve requirements of the audit standard, therefore; we recommend continued certification to ISO 9001:2015,” said Mr. Arnold Dizon, lead auditor.

SGS, an independent third-party certification body, conducted the 3-day ISO 9001:2015 surveillance audit at the NHMFC head office and satellite/regional offices on July 19-21, 2023. The SGS auditors found that NHMFC’s quality management system is in compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard.

ISO 9001:2015 is the international standard for quality management systems. It requires organizations to have a documented quality management system in place that ensures that programs and services meet customer requirements.

NHMFC has been committed to quality for more than a decade. The corporation’s quality management system is designed to ensure that its programs and services are of the highest quality and that customer satisfaction is always a top priority.
