The National Home Mortgage Finance Corporation (NHMFC) opened on Monday its new office at the ground level of the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) Building along Kalayaan Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City.

DHSUD Secretary Eduardo Del Rosario, who also chairs the NHMFC Board of Directors, led the ribbon-cutting and blessing of the new office, which also coincided with DHSUD’s 3rd anniversary on February 14, 2022.

NHMFC President Carlo Luis P. Rabat said that the celebration of DHSUD’s 3rd anniversary also marks a milestone for NHMFC as this is also the day that the corporation inaugurates and opens its first One-Stop Shop in Quezon City.

“We want to bring our services closer to our stakeholders.  With the opening of this NHMFC One-Stop Shop, our borrowers and clients in this area and nearby cities and provinces are assured of easier access, safer and convenient transactions with NHMFC even under the new normal”, he added.

Housing loan borrower’s transactions such as loan status, application for loan restructuring, and payment or settlement of monthly amortizations, will be accommodated in this branch.  Appointments booked online thru NHMFC’s official Messenger account, email address or thru telephone calls will also be accepted here. For borrowers who wish to view the status of their accounts online, the “My NHMFC Online Access” (My NOA) kiosk is conveniently installed in the office entrance.
