4PH IN PALAWAN. Mr. Gaudencio “Goody” Hernandez, NHMFC consultant on financial matters, represents NHMFC President Renato L. Tobias in a meeting with Puerto Princesa City Mayor Lucilo R. Bayron. NHMFC will explore the possibility of working with the Puerto Princesa LGU in providing financial liquidity in the housing sector in support of the government’s Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino Housing (4PH) Program.
