NHMFC President Renato de Leon Tobias is a graduate of B.S. Management Engineering from Ateneo de Manila University. He earned his Master’s Degree in Entrepreneurship from the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) and a Master’s Degree Candidate in Business Economics from the Center for Research and Communication (CRC). He took Value Propositions and Pricing Models Courses in Stanford University CA, USA.
Over his past 40 years of experience in the real estate industry, he has exhibited exemplary vision and performance. He founded a group of companies which served as enterprises providing private equity strategic investment and end-to-end real estate development services.
As a complement to his real estate development interests, he has garnered expertise in diverse yet allied industries such as banking, financial engineering, horizontal and vertical construction and construction material innovations.
He also has public sector exposure serving as a treasurer and board of director of a GOCC concern producing sensitive government securitized and accountable forms.
In the course of his career, he has also led Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) negotiation processes during his work in both public and private sector leading to industrial peace in the various industries.
He has also served and led various civic organizations involved in community relations, sports, business and service.
