29 October 2021 – National Home Mortgage Finance Corporation (NHMFC) President Carlo Luis P. Rabat, in his efforts of further promoting the corporation’s newest program, presents the BALAI BERDE Program or Building Eligible Resilient Dwelling for Everyone during the first ever state of the art virtual National Developers Convention with the theme “Building Resilience in the Housing Sector Through Green and Innovation”. The convention organized by the Subdivision and Housing Developers Association (SHDA) was a gathering of government and private sector players to discuss the government and the private housing sectors’ programs and incentives. During the Q&A, NHMFC Vice President for Securitization Group Maria Luisa Favila further discussed NHMFC’s efforts on green mortgages and innovation initiatives.
